RECREATION
The Town of Kenly provides year round for male and female teams. Private swimming pool facilities are available. Eight golf courses and country clubs are available within 20 miles of the town.
The Town has established three town parks. Kenly Area Parks and Recreation Center is a nine acre complex containing lighted softball and baseball fields, a walking trail, soccer practice field, picnic facilities, playground equipment, and other activities.It is located at the intersection of College and Alford avenues.
This park is in addition to the existing Grady Park located at NC 222 and Wilson Street and Inglewood Park located in the Inglewood Area.
A Parks and Recreation Director is employed by the town. He can be contacted at 284-9667.
